空格 2014 Management Cadre Training Classes of Taison Group Concluded Successfully
The 2014 Management Cadre Training Classes of Taison Group had come to an end after four weeks’ training since November 14, 2014. Managers, such as deputy department director or above of the Group headquarters and department directors or above of each enterprise were trained. The training mainly focused on enterprise culture and system to be carried out since January 1, 2015.
空格Preparedness ensures success. It is urgent for the enterprise to come up with a right way to apply the current regulations and conduct proper culture guidance before new culture and new system come out.
